A protest took place at the weekend to demand that Dublin Bus keep the No. 7 service in Sallynoggin.
Public Meetings and protests have been taking place since last July. Following the public consultation Dublin Bus have been forced to make some concessions but residents of Sallynoggin, many of them elderly and with disabilities are furious that the no.7 will be taken out of their area leaving them with no direct route to St. Vincent’s Hospital or the city centre.
Campaigners and residents assembled at the Rochestown Lodge and marched through Sallynoggin.
